Servicing (with no callout charges), maintenance, film and ongoing exemplary customer care are included in a fixed price-per-wrapped-pallet, which is calculated following an in-depth analysis of clients’ pallet wrapping needs.

Using Samson Nano Live, clients can log in at any time to see the machines’ output and ascertain peaks and troughs in production. This also allows the Samson Pallet Stability team to monitor for any failed wraps, which are not charged for.
